On January 28th 2025 the Orange City Council, in a contested vote, decided to turn parking in and around the Circle to Paid Hourly Parking. Including streets and parking lots.

The council did not have enough members for the second vote to pass due to illness so the second vote was delayed, there is still a chance this can be stopped. I will post the next time there are plans to speak.

The Orange City Coucil will meet Tuesday 2/11 at 6PM at the Orange City Council Offices (300 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92866)
